DJ Light vs. Wakkaoaka vs. Katiebear: Living for the Metaspiritual

This weeks trance mix comprises of two monster trance sets. The first one is DJ Light’s “Living” for November 2010 which boasts an interesting cultural melange of musical flavors. Heavy trance influences, a touch of breaks and a nice Asian finish. Then the second mix is a little something I got Katiebear to mix for me (i chose the tracklist and the structure). The inspiration for mine and katie’s mix was to take you on metaphysical 41 minute journey that can be interpreted as deeply as you want. My idea behind the tracklisting and structure was to start with a slightly melancholic feel, then progress into triumph, then settling into a content frame of mind. You start off with a problem or an issue, then you start to learn to fly, then you succeed, then you become complete.

Anyways, enough of my interpretation of what these sets will do for you…
