Darren Porter is one of the fast upcoming producing talents for the UK, currently residing in Germany he has been dedicated to trance music since the first time heard a trance track, Darren committed himself to producing, learning to play piano and guitar by himself, creating a new and unique style for improvising, Darren took his composition skills to the silver screen first, scoring films for independent productions, trailers and videos games, with this he learned the art of melodies harmonies and hooks, all of which are essential to trance, he applied these knowledge with almost instant results,although Darren did not have the skills on the mixing desk to bring his music to life, he knew he had the gift of a producer and then began mission to learn and master the control knobs and sliders of a mixing desk and truly release every ounce of energy held in his music, over the years has entered and won many producer and remix competitions with ease , including winning the Dave Pearce producer competition twice, Darren also was shortlisted for the winner for the Trance Energy anthem remix competition for the track by sander van doorn - renegade.
