Our good friends of at Projecting Nothing are teaming up with us to provide all you aspiring DJs and Producers out there with a chance to get noticed. The following post is about a remix competition like no other, where you can win prizes for your hard work

Enough talking, tweeting, facebooking, etc… lets really see who has the most skill.
32 remixers will be selected on 13/9/11
4 remixers from each region
based on the quality of the song you submit as decided by the judges from TranceMix.org, Projecting Nothing & MoreThanDisco.com.
The lucky 32 will be broken down into their respected groups and will battle it out in 5 rounds of remixing where all voting will take place publically on Facebook , bracket style!
Prizes and sponsors still being organized but so far:
1st place: A Nintendo 3DS.

All remix files provided are the property of Project Nothing, LLC and made exclusively available for the sole purpose of the remix contest. You have to be 18 years in age or older to participate. Samples and material used in remixes must not violate any laws or third party rights. All remixes and/or any creations containing files from this contest are and will be property of Project Nothing, LLC and any commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent. Non-commercial use of remixes is allowed. You may post your work on your web pages and social networks, use it in DJ mixes and/or podcasts or other streaming formats according to your liking, provided that correct credit is given to named artist, track title and releasing label. As an example, a track ID may look like this: “!PAUS3 – Speaking in Ink (Trance Simmi Angel Remix) [Projecting Nothing Music]“.
All submissions will be pre-selected by the judges at trancemix.org, Projecting Nothing and More Than Disco with FOUR (4) winners from each region being selected. Feel free to process your remix as you wish but make sure you have an unprocessed WAV or AIFF file, 44.1kHz or higher at 24bits at hand.
If your work is selected to be featured on a future digital, cd or vinyl release, you do this at no charge and waive your rights to any payment, including but not limited to sales shares (aka royalties), publishing or public performance fees .
By submitting this form you enter the contest and agree to be bound by its terms and the judge’s final decision. Any item of the above mentioned remix contest is subject to change without prior written notice.
